What Misaha is

Misaha is a free app and website from Verna that shows registered property sales and rents in the United Arab Emirates, read from public land registry data and the public property portals.

What it is not

It is not financial, legal or investment advice, and not a valuation. Figures are medians of registered rows and can be revised when a registry corrects its data. Check anything you rely on with the registry itself.

Using it

You may use the app and site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the data, which remains subject to each registry's own licence. Automated access is limited per device.

Accounts and devices

There is no account. The app identifies your device with a key it creates on first launch. You can remove it by deleting the app.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Verna is not liable for decisions made on the basis of figures shown here.
